Breakfast of Champions

1 Orowheat Sandwich Thin toasted in the skillet
1 egg fried in Pam
3 slices deli ham lunch meat
some shredded cheese

DELICIOUS!
And a sleeping kitty. :)

I LOVE the Orowheat thins...I had one for breakfast today w/ polaner grape jelly spread...WW friendly;) Hugs!!

This sounds like a fancy gourmet version of what I like to make: english muffin toasted and buttered, 1 egg fried (I don't like my yolk runny), a slice of ham (slap in in a frying pan for 30 seconds or so to get it warm) and a slice of cheese - back in the toaster oven to melt the cheese and voila - a homemade egg mcmuffin! (when watching my weight I omit the yolk, and use reduced fat cheese, and always use whole wheat muffins) The Orowheat Thins sounds like a great idea!
