Well, today was it. We sent the remaining soldiers downrange today. It was a sad sad sight. I'm proud of them and in awe of them and so impressed by the families of these Soldiers. I will miss them terribly and will stay in contact even after we leave Germany.

I'm just going to state the obvious; KIDS! God bless them and keep them and their families.
OH, I know. There were 5 who got promoted from PV2 to PFC...still privates. They are all 18-21. Just seeing them there in a little line, trying to be grown. It was something else.
