You know those fried onions on the top of green bean casserole? Well...I had some left over (because I bought an extra can that I never opened at Thanksgiving) and there is a recipe right there on the side to use them to coat chicken!
and it was like Dora the Explorer's backpack says: mmmm, DELI-C-i-O-SO!!

Oh my heavens, that looks like a kick-butt dinner - potatoes and corn and all! That chicken looks/sounds awesome, and I want to eat some right.now.
